The front of the propery over looks the communal pool that is shared by just the 12 houses.
Being an end terrace there is a patio area rear/side and front of the house so you are able to enjoy the sun/shade all day.
On the rear patio there is a barbeque as well as a large table and 6 chairs, there are also 5 sunbeds.
From the balcony of bedroom 1 if you look to your right you have views of the sea and if you look to you left you have views of the ghost town Famagusta. 

The house was finshed to a high standard in 2006. Downstairs it has a large open plan living kitchen area with a downstairs WC.
The kitchen is fully fitted with granite worktops, it is fully equiped with full size oven,hob, extractor, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, iron and ironing board. It has patio doors with shutters to help keep it cool leading to the front patio.
The lounge has patio doors with shutters leading to the rear patio, It has 2 sofas (1 of them being a sofa bed sleeping 2)
coffe table, side table, television, dvd player cd and playstation 2. It is also fitted with an airconditioning unit.
The lovlely marble staircase then leads you to the 2 bedrooms both with ensuite.
Bedroom 1 has patio doors with shutters leading you to the balcony, fitted wardrobes, a double bed, 2 bedside tables as well as an aircondtioning unit.Door to ensuite.
Bedroom 2 has fitted wardrobes, 2 single beds, 2 bedside tables airconditioning unit, also again all the windows have shutters. Door to ensuite.
Both ensuites are fully tiled with WCs, Vanity wash basins and walk in showers.
Both bedrooms have fitted fans and air conditioning.

All bedding and towels are provided although please provide you own beach/pool towels.
A travel cot can be provided although please provide your own bedding for this.
 

Kapparis is a lovely quiet village, It is the ideal location for those wanting a quiet relaxing holiday although it is up and coming. It does have a selection of bars and restaurants along Kennedy Avenue from traditional tavernas to Italian and Chinese. There is also a small supermarket and bakery it is about a five to 10 minute walk to Kennedy Avenue so a car is not essential but it would be advisable to make the most of your holiday.
For those wanting a livlier holiday the resorts of Penera, Protaras are a 10 minute drive while Ayia Napa is about 15-20 minutes drive away. Also the lovely town of Paralimni is also only about a 10 minute drive.
From the house you could walk to the bars and restuarants and a sandy /rocky cove is only a 2 minute walk away. There is also a lovely sandy bay known locally as Firemans beach only a few minutes walk away. 

The communal pool is shared by only the 12 houses so you very often find that you have it to yourselves. You have not only sea views but also views of Famagusta from the balcony and front terrace. As it is an end terrace you have back/front and side terrace so you can be in the sun/shade all day.

The house comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the in lounge area. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool.

The house has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Within easy reach of the house you will find historic sites.
