Villa Dundar is a large imposing house. This villa is split into 3 apartments and can be let as individual apartments or works equally well for a large group of up to 14. The garden, pool and barbecue area are extensive enough for any number of people and the surrounding area has stunning views of mountains and crystal clear sea of Mediterranean. The villa is less than 10 minutes walk to the biggest beach of Kas.

Second floor apartments sleep up to 6 people,
First and Third floor sleeps up to 4 people. The bed rooms are all air conditioned and each of these apartments has several balconies leading from them where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful views.

 

There are 7 bedrooms, sleeping up to 14 people.
There's a good range of cooking facilities - gas rings, oven, grill, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, barbecue - and adequate equipment. And every bedroom has airconditioning. FREE wireless internet available.
 

The owners live ground floor at the front side and will offer assistance if required. The apartment, of course, is completely self-contained and the owners use the garden and pool very little, so it's like having a private villa for the price of an apartment.

Second floor apartment sleeps up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms(1 double, 2 twin) has a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, cooker and large fridge freezer, lliving room with TV and there are 2 large bathrooms.. Third floor apartment is very cosy sleeping up to 4 in 1 double and 1 twin bedrooms. Again the bed rooms are air conditioned and the kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, cooker and large fridge freeze and a living room with satelite TV. There are 2 bathrooms.

The villa comprises 7 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 4 twin. . This gives room for up to 14 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 5 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 14 in the living room and 14 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a kettle. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine. The owner has also provided glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private north facing swimming pool, a north facing garden, a north facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, flying, scuba diving, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find horse riding, historic sites, a museum.
