This large spacious villa is situated on the hillside above Kalkan with views out over Kalkan, the bay and out to sea. It has private parking to the front and a large garden with private pool ( 11 x 5 x 1.8 metres ), large terrace and lovely views.
The villa has been designed with the comfort of guests in mind and the spacious accommodation allows up to 10 guests to live there comfortably. Tiled floors give the villa a cool feel even in the height of summer.
From the dining area you move into a very large bright lounge with sofas, sofa bed, armchairs, fireplace, satellite TV/DVD/CD player. French windows open onto a balcony overlooking the pool and garden and steps lead down from the balcony to the swimming pool, terrace, garden and barbecue area.
The rental price includes weekly linen change, daily pool and garden maintenance. The owners do not service the villa, unless requested, so that guests may have complete privacy if they wish.

Kalkan by day is fun. The town center of Kalkan becomes surprisingly empty during the day as guests set off for daytime activities. Popular activities include beach-going, relaxing at beach clubs or swimming pools, water sports, exploring the ancient lands around Kalkan and boat and gullet trips. Dont forget to stop by Kalkans Thursday Market to pick up some great bargains. Kalkan by night is exciting. The town center transforms at dusk as it begins to bustle with activity - there is much to do: shopping, dining, cafés, excellent bars, or just going for a stroll along the twisting active streets or by the peaceful harbour.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 4 twin. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a kettle. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
