If you are looking for a fantastic base to enjoy and explore "The Island of Aphrodite" and its many attractions or to simply relax in the Mediterranean sun, our luxurious brand new apartment is the perfect choice.
2 bedroom ground floor apartment which comfortably accommodates up to six people. In a popular location within the heart of Kato Pafos (Universal area).
Set around a large pool and landscaped gardens in a slightly elevated position it has exceptional views.
Close to all facilities and amenities banks, bars and restaurants. As well as the picturesque Pafos Harbour and beaches all within walking distance.
The well known golden sandy beaches of the Coral Bay area are a short drive away which is also serviced by an efficient an frequent bus service from Paphos.
 

An Information folder is provided in the apartment which is full of useful details on the surrounding area also a vast number of activities to make your stay even more enjoyable with recomendations from previous guests. You will have use of a pay as you go Cyprus mobile phone to use (lot cheaper then using your own). The all important Sky Freeview is available within the apartment (To keep up with the soaps I guess). We have a fully equipped modern kitchen and both the bedrooms have large built-in wardrobes and mirrors providing plenty of storage space. Air conditioning is available within both the bedrooms and linen and towels are supplied (although not beach towels). If you have little-uns we now have a travel cot for use. If you will be staying for 14 nights a linen change will be provided. The water is heated by solar/electric heating.

There is a mini market and restaurant within 5 minutes walk and is also only 5 minutes to 7 St Georges who serves the best meze and organic home made wine in Paphos. Panikos also visits the complex once a day with his fabulous ice creams that are a dream. This complex has around 50 apartments so there is always a friendly atmosphere around the pool mixed with other tourists and local residents. If your lucky you may be around when one of the BBQ afternoons are arranged. We have tried to think of everything for the apartment that anyone could want with their stay and we openly ask previous guests if there are any improvements that could be made.  

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the Lounge Area. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside swimming.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, golf, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find fishing, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, skiing/snowboarding, scuba diving, a zoo.

Troudos Mountains - 1 1/2 hr drive. .

Waterpark - less than 5 min drive. Bird and Animal Park - 30 min drive
