The villa is surrounded by beautiful, well-maintained gardens with plenty of secluded sunbathing areas.

A small local mini market is a 2 minute stroll away and a large supermarket 5 minutes further.

Paphos is a friendly, attractive town with possibly more restaurants and tavernas per sq m than anywhere else you may have visited. Paphos Harbour is 1km; Paphos centre with shops, etc, 1km; Paphos Beach, 1km; Old Paphos town and market, 2km; nearest taverna (pub and grub) has been run in 1 minute 50 seconds - can you beat this?

There's so much to do for all ages; swimming, windsurfing, banana boat riding, paragliding, jet skis, glass bottomed boat trips, scuba diving (several qualified diving schools), golf, bowling, mountain hiking, mountain biking and even skiing and snowboarding in the winter months.

Walking is mainly on the level from the villa to the restaurants, sea and blue flag beaches - but you will encounter a few slopes to climb if you venture up into the old town - but the view is worth it.

Straight out of the patio doors and you are into the 15m pool or on to a sun lounger under an umbrella, all set in mature gardens which are regularly maintained. (The shallow end of the pool is about 1m in depth).

In addition, we benefit from a patio that is shaded from around noon, when it can get too hot to sit in the sun. The patio is fully equipped with table and chairs and large umbrella and a gas barbeque for alfresco dining.

There are outdoor showers by the pool and also separate changing rooms with lockable showers and toilet facilities if required.
 

Our villa is furnished and decorated to a high standard. The ground floor has an open plan lounge and dining area with comfortable Danish designer sofas and armchairs for 6 and dining table and chairs for 6. There is full, remote air conditioning (and heating for the winter months). We also have a TV, DVD player (with a selection of DVDs), a Hi-Fi with CD player and radio (and a variety of CDs).

Our kitchen has a brilliant cooker, hob and oven, large fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, all little used as it is so easy and cheap to eat out. We have also provided ample crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board if you really need them!

We have invested in comfortable, quality beds and good quality linen and towels are provided (but not swimming towels). Bedroom 1 has a queen size double bed, fully remote a/c and heating, dressing table, ample wardrobe and cupboard space, bedside cabinets and table lamps. Bedroom 2 is as Bedroom 1, but has 2 x 3' single beds and a fold-up bed is available for a fifth person.

A child's travel cot, high chair and buggy are also provided.

The family bathroom has bath, shower, WC, wash hand basin and electric shaver point, with fully tiled walls and floor. There is a separate downstairs WC with wash hand basin.

If you are from the UK, you will find it easy to travel around as driving in Cyprus is on the left. Also like the UK, electricity is 240V with 13 amp square 3-pin plugs, so no need for adaptors. In the villa we have put together a folder containing information about places to visit, together with our experiences of places we've visited, restaurants we've eaten in, pubs to try/not try, etc. We hope you find the accumulated comments of use and help during your visit.
 

Changeover days are flexible and we will endeavour to accommodate your requirements and fit in with your flight dates and times wherever possible. However, normal occupancy time is after 3.00pm arrival day, with vacation by 11.00am on day of departure.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the Bedroom 2. This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a north facing garden, a south facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
