Paphos is one of the most beautiful and ancient towns of Cyprus, situated on the south-west coast. It has the healthiest year-round climate in the Mediterranean. It is home to three excellent golf courses. The famous Coral Bay beach and the Tombs of the Kings (a World Heritage site) are a short drive/bus ride from the apartment. The town centre (Paphos old town) with local markets and high street shops is a 10 minute bus ride away. A bus service also operates to the Aphrodite water park in Kato Paphos.
Kato Paphos means lower Paphos and is the tourist/beach area of Paphos

The property is ideally located to take advantage of all local attractions.
A good selection of bars, shops and restaurants are within a 5-6 minute walk.
The municipal beach and seafront is an 8-10 minute walk away while The Tomb of the Kings road and the picturesque harbour are a further 5 minutes walk away. A local taverna, supermarket and take away are all within 200 metres. The nearest 24 hour kiosk is only 100m away, where you can buy groceries and ice cream..

 

The master Bedroom has a King Size (5ft )bed ,in addition to the air conditioning we have ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living area We have added a gate to the rear Terrace for added safety close to the pool.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Particularly appreciated the very efficient air con system and the quality furnishings. The apartment was extremely spacious and well equipped, with huge patio area and an attractive pool area with well tended gardens. The location was peaceful but within just seven minutes walk of Bar Street, and a few more minutes to the bustling harbour area and good shopping facilities. Definitely 5 star luxury.
