The villa has 3 bedrooms, 1 on the ground floor, and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized double bed, and the other bedrooms have twin 3’6” beds. The 2 upstairs bathrooms are en-suite, the downstairs bathroom doubles as a downstairs cloakroom. It is fully air conditioned throughout. The kitchen is fitted with cooker, fridge, washing machine, microwave etc. In addition to the pool area, there are two first floor sun terraces and a roof garden from which there are extensive views over the adjacent agricultural land with olive groves, orange and lemon trees, the sea and nearby Geriskipou. 

The villa is situated in Koloni adjacent to Geriskipou a small town containing shops, banks and everything you will need. There is a supermarket that sells most British foods and a selection of local shops including a bakers, butchers and fishmongers all within 10 minutes walk. Of interest in Geriskipou is a very old byzantine church and the famous delights factories.
The beach is a 20 minute walk away and along the beach is a beach bar and fish restaurant. Close by is a stables where horse riding is available, and a wet'n'wild water park with slides schutes etc. 

Within 15 minutes drive is the centre of Paphos - the old town with shops and market, and Kato Paphos which is very lively with many restaurants and bars. The famous "Bar Street" is the liveliest place in town with clubs and bars open until the early hours.
Paphos has several antiquities including Roman mosaics and the Tombs of the Kings, a Unesco world heritage site.
 

The villa has an south and west facing terrace on the first floor. It also has an east facing balcony from which a spiral staircase takes you onto the roof garden

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private east facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a east facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
