The apartment is situated in a private complex in Kato (lower) Paphos, close to the centre of town and within walking distance of all amenities, such as shops, restaurants, bars, banks etc. It is set back off a minor road, lending itself to privacy while being superbly located for easy access to the old town of Pano Paphos, as well as the seafront and harbour area of Kato Paphos. It is within walking distance of 'Tombs of the Kings Road' and the picturesque Lighthouse Beach, both of which are popular tourist areas.
This top floor apartment was completed in 2002. It can comfortably accomodate two adults and two children and is well appointed, spacious, and tastefully decorated. It comprises an open-plan lounge, a large balcony, open-plan dining area, fully fitted kitchen, a bathroom and a double bedroom. The lounge has bright modern furniture, including a sofa which converts to a double bed, and also a television. Sliding double patio doors lead to a large balcony, which is equipped with patio furniture. The dining room is equipped with a table and four matching chairs.
The bathroom is fully tiled and includes an excellent bath/shower and convector unit. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas hob/electric oven, tropical fridge/freezer, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board.
The double bedroom has a large fitted wardrobe, double bed, two bedside cabinets with lamps, and a dressing table, all providing ample storage space.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned throughout, with separate units in the lounge and the bedroom. (In winter the units can be set to provide hot air if required).
A full maid service is employed prior to the arrival of guests and all bed linen, duvet and towels are provided.
The complex includes a large swimming pool, complete with sun loungers, chairs, umbrellas and tables, all for the use of guests. The pool area includes separate male and female toilets, complete with changing rooms and shower facilities.
The quoted prices are all-inclusive, and there are no extra charges of any kind. 

The apartment is located in a very central area of Paphos. The apartment block employs security locking doors, with an internal telephone link to each apartment, and the complex is very private. Private parking is available for residents' vehicles and an elevator serves all floors.
However, the facility is close to all amenities. There is a nearby bus stop, with the route including stops at the harbour area and the local market in Paphos town. Within a very short walk of the facility, there are local shops, a supermarket, restaurants and bars, ten pin bowling.
A 15 minute walk will take you to the Tomb of the Kings area, which has many excellent restaurants and bars, of all types. This leads to the very popular Lighthouse Beach and Harbour area of Paphos. 

The apartment comes with the optional facilty of a car hire.
The car is a Mitsubishi 4WD 1.8 ltr. It is an excellent runner, and ideal for the rugged roads of cyprus.
The car is fully covered, with road tax, MOT, and fully comprehensive insurance. It is also covered by Rescueline (equivalent to RAC cover in UK).
Drivers must be declared in advance; must be in possession of a full UK driving licence; and must be aged 25 - 60.
It has it's own undercover parking space in the complex.
The car is available for hire at £175/week, which is approx half the price you would expect to pay from a local carhire company.
 

Air conditioning units can convert to supplying heat if necessary. There is no problem with guests using the balcony for smoking.

The apartment comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 double. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a west facing balcony, sea views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find golf.

Fruit market, restaurants, ten pin bowling near complex. Cypriot dancing at Harbour area.

Tomb of Kings excavations; Mosaaics exhibition;aquarium; and Aphrodites Rock are all popular.
