“Villa Laudan” is a detached, two storey villa on a small complex of just thirteen villas, with a communal swimming pool. It is in an ideal position just a few minutes from the centre of Kato Paphos and the tranquil harbour.
“Villa Laudan” is our second home and we hope that you will appreciate all the time and effort into making the villa a “home from home”. We have tried our best to accommodate all your needs and a few extras as well! The villa comfortably accommodates 7 guests and has Air-Conditioning & ceiling fans throughout . The villa briefly comprises of lounge, dining room, kitchen with breakfast bar and cloakroom. The stairs lead to the master bedroom with en-suite shower room. There are two further bedrooms and a main bathroom. The villa has marble flooring throughout.

Villa Laudan is a brand new Villa for 2004. It is in the beautiful town of Paphos. The Villa has had a lot of time and effort put into it to make it a 'Home From Home'. The lounge is tastefully decorated and has a cream three piece suite, TV, DVD Player, SKY FITTED FOR 2004, Stereo/Cd Player and a wide selection of DVDs for your enjoyment. The Villa has an open plan layout with a Lounge, Dining room, Kitchen, Breakfast bar and Cloakroom. The Kitchen comprises of Oven & Ceramic Hob, Microwave, Large Fridge Freezer, Washing Machine & Tumble Dryer, Kettle, Toaster, Filter Coffee Machine, Iron & Ironing board, Portable Cd/Radio, A wide secection of of Tefal pans and crockery for seven guests. Upstairs the Master bedroom has a King Size Italian Bed, there is ample wardrobe, cupboard & drawer space, with a TV & DVD Player, Portable CD/Radio, Hairdryer. The ensuite shower room has a double shower, sink and wc. The twin bedded room has plenty of storage space with Hairdryer and touch sensitve lamps. The 3rd bedroom has a double convertable bed settee and a single bed above. there is also a TV & Dvd & Xbox Games Console & Games. You will also find a wide selection of Board Games for everyone to enjoy. Internally the villa has been tastefully decorated and has italian marble floors throughout. All of the bedrooms lead out onto the balcony where there is a selection of patio furniture to enjoy.
Just outside the back door there is a lovely verander with a comfortable table & chairs for that early morning coffee. In the garden area, we have a dining table with six high back comfortable chairs with a large umbrella & a barbecue for that complete 'Alfresco expeirence'. There are 4 full size sunloungers for you to enjoy.
