The town of Paphos is situated on the South Western
tip of Cyprus and is recognized as being one of the
more peaceful towns on Cyprus; retaining the old
Mediterranean charm of island life with it’s small
winding streets and markets, set amongst a backdrop of
rolling hills scattered with olive trees and
vineyards.
 

The Villa was completed in late 2003 and is situated
in a very peaceful corner of town but is only a 15
minute walk from the centre with it’s many popular
bars and restaurants along the Harbourside waterfront.
It is tastefully furnished with 3 bedrooms (master ensuite) a fully fitted kitchen and free AC throughout every room with a swimming pool at the back door with outdoor showers, barbeque and WC’s.  

Airport collection can also be arranged for those who
would prefer not to hire a car not that you need one the house is so close to everything you will need for a great holiday.
A welcome pack can be arranged if required. Just put your order on email and it will be waiting on you when you arrive.

There are 2 patio/ terraces and 2 balconies at the property NW and SE facing. SE view is of a vineyard and NW is the pool area view.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the With the property mananger (Jan). This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This is a non-smoking villa

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing patio area, a north facing balcony, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, cycling, tennis, scuba diving, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find horse riding, golf, historic sites, a zoo.
