The house comprises 7 bedrooms in total; 4 double, 3 twin, 5 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 4 single sofa beds, 2 double sofa beds. This gives room for up to 14 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 7 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool.

The house has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. Recreational activities available with the house include table tennis.

Review submitted by non-Villarenters customer: Upon arrival we were greeted with flower garlands and fresh tender coconut a very warm welcome! Our house was well equipped with air conditioning, swimming pool, tennis court etc the staffs were brilliant! We didn’t need to ask them for a thing and they were all very polite, helpful and informative. As well as ‘Chef’ cooking up some of the best food of our holiday. The sea views are amazing the backwaters are simply stunning, teaming with wildlife, village life, and some of the best sights in Kerala. Great accommodation all in is highly recommended.
