Our Villa is situated in Davenport Lakes, an area that was recommended to us by an estate agent who had previously acted 0n behalf of our friends.
The whole family was there when we first viewed the Villa , and immediately all six of us fell in love with it and knew this was the home for us.
On our doorstep is a public golf course and the 600 acre Lake Davenport conservation area, which has tennis courts, full length swimming pool, boating, picnic areas, fishing and is a must for all keen walkers !

When entering the home you will not fail to be impressed by the bright open-plan layout and high vaulted ceilings.
Immediately to your right you will find the dining and kitchen areas, the dining table seating 6 , the breakfast table seating 4, there are also 2 stools at the breakfast bar.

In our spacious living area,there is a 3-4 seater settee, a 2 seater settee, and a seperate chair.
There is a TV with cable, dvd player and video player
Also you will find a cd/cassette player with a selection of cd,s for that essential music by the pool ! , we. also have a great selection of DVD,S.
The pool area can be accessed through the patio doors ( alarmed for child safety).

The twin Bedrooms are off the living area to the left,both with large built-in wardrobes.
Here you will also find the family bathroom, with bath and additional shower.

The Master Bedroom has en-suite facilities and is located to the right of the glass sliding doors.
There is cable tv and the en-suite bathroom has shower, large walk-in cupboard and linen cupboard.
You can access the pool through the patio doors.

The enclosed pool area has 2 tables 6 chairs and 2 sun loungers.
The pool itself is large in size.
Adjacent to the pool is the lawn where you can safely barbeque.

To the left of the front door you can enter the garage where you will find a heavy duty washer, and drier (seperate).
Childrens inflatables for the pool are also stored here,along with a gas barbeque.

Judging by the kind comments we have in our guestbook, this is a real home from home !

We are situated within a Golfing Community, with a 9 hole Public course within easy walking distance of Villa.
Another public course can be found directly opposite the entrance to our estate.

At the entrance to the estate, there is a Petrol Station,Shops, Bar and a Store.

There is a private recreational area for homeowners and guests alike, incorporating Tennis courts,Basketball courts, a full length swimming pool and a lake where there is Fishing,Barbeque areas, and is a must for all keen walkers!

Directly across the US 27( at Traffic Lights) there is an Indian restaurant, for all curry addicts ! which is very good.

As we are just off the 192 the location of the Villa is perfect, being in a quiet neighbourhood and being right next to all Shops, Supermarkets and Restaurants, and of course Disneyworld is a mere 10 minute drive directly along the 192.
We feel that a car would be essential if staying at the Villa.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the living room. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This is a non-smoking villa

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, fishing, walking, cycling, golf, tennis.

Close to the villa you will find a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find ...nothing specified.
