Our executive villa is located at Indian Point,a relatively new development 3 miles South of of Highway 192,close to all amenities and ideal if you simply want to laze around your pool and let the rest of the world go by.

Indian Point is a quiet residential area built around Cooper Lake.Next to the Lake are the community facilities.The lovely communal swimming pool with cabana and car park with the playground next to it and tennis court nearby.
The villa offers 4 bedrooms all tastefully decorated with a large lounge equiped to a high standard ensuring you are comfortable but feel relaxed and "at home ".
After a hard day at the parks you will enjoy being soothed in the spa while the kids revel in the large private pool which backs onto a conservation area.
All in all a place for adults and children alike to come to play and relax and enjoy a holiday of a lifetime.
All the major attractions are right on your doorstep.
Universal Studios, Seaworld, Wet'n'Wild etc. being only a short drive away.
Any of the coastal resorts are easily reached in approx 80 minutes.
Driving from Orlando International Airport takes approximately 25 minutes and from Sanford Airport approximately 1 hour.

You will find the villa tastefully and comfortably furnished to a high standard and well equipped with time saving appliances to make your stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible.
 

The Villa has it’s own private, fully screened 30ft pool with spa/kiddies pool,backing onto a mature conservation area and is fenced at each side for complete privacy. The pool is serviced regularly and poolside furniture is provided.
Although in Florida the pool can be used all year round, heating is available at a charge to keep the pool temperature constant in the winter.

Sleeping accommodation comprises a well appointed MASTER BEDROOM with King size bed, colour TV/Video and ensuite facilities including hair drier.
Large walk in wardrobe, with safe.
BEDROOMS 2 and 3 have a double bed, ceiling fan and colour TV.

BEDROOM 4 has twin beds and ceiling fan.

A family bathroom is situated between bedrooms 2 and 3 with bath/overhead shower, WC and vanity unit with hair drier.

A convertible settee in the gathering room provides an extra double bed if required.
All linen and towels are provided, including pool towels.
The large GATHERING ROOM has 3 large sofas coffee table and TV/DVD/STEREO.

The KITCHEN/DINING is fully equipped with all the items you may need.

For those who wish to travel light there is a utility room with family size washer and tumble dryer. Leaving that all-important space in the cases for the purchases at the Malls.

A local management company is used to maintain the villa, which can be contacted during your stay if information or assistance is required

Summer (June - September)

Temperatures in the Upper 90's and Strong Sunshine. Evening Temperatures only Slightly Lower, and Some Thunderstorms are likely, with higher humidity.

Autumn ( October - Mid December)

Beautiful Weather, Temperatures in the 80's with Cooler Evenings, Lots of Sunshine and the Odd Thunderstorm.

Winter (Mid December - February)

Cooler Temperatures, still reaching the 70's and Above, Plenty of Warm Sunny Days, but the Evenings can become Cool.

Everyone knows Florida for the theme parks and they certainly are fantastic fun for kids of ALL ages. However, there is another side to Florida. There are beautiful nature parks that you really should visit and some fantastic beaches within easy reach.
Nearby a short 10 minute drive away is Lake Tohopekaliga or Lake Toho, as it is known by most Floridians, offers fishing, boating, camping, hiking and other outdoor activities.
Other Highlights of the area include the Blue Springs and Wekiva Springs State Parks, sunset dolphin cruises at Clearwater Beach on the beautiful Gulf Coast, and the Kennedy Space Centre at Cape Canaveral on the Atlantic Coast.

Disney - (nearly) the original and by far the biggest. Includes a permanent - and unmissable - Cirque du Soleil show.
Cypress Gardens - opened in 1936, it was Florida's first attraction park and still retains a old-fashioned charm.
Universal Studios - fantastic film-based fun and great rides at Universal and Islands of Adventure.
Sea World - a marine life park, fun shows and rollercoasters - don't miss the jaw-dropping Shamu Show.
Busch Gardens - 40 miles east of Orlando in Tampa, Busch Gardens combines a beautifully presented zoo with some of the biggest and best rides anywhere - dare you face the awesome SheiKra?

Florida is of course a golfers' paradise and we are fortunate to have some of the finest courses close by - the Greg Norman designed Champions Gate just 8 miles down the road and the Reunion Golf Resort with its three courses designed by Tom Watson, Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus only 10 miles away.

The villa is fully equipped to eat in or barbecue around the pool. Alternatively you can choose from the incredible selection of superb value restaurants in the Orlando area. Don't forget to try a truly amazing American breakfast! Supermarkets and malls offering wonderful bargains are just down the road.
And for the ladies and all the other shopaholics :
Within 25 minutes by car you can reach three different shopping experiences. You could go to the ‘Mall at Millenia’, with its Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales and Macys, plus over 150 shops including Tiffany’s and Co and Cartier,

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the lounge. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, interesting views, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
