Our home built in 2004, is situated on an "up-market" development just off Highway 192, a major thoroughfare packed with restaurants, shops, bars and attractions. Although the home is close to all the amenities and only ten minutes from Disney World, it is situated in a quiet area with around half the properties owned by US citizens and the majority of the others by UK homeowners. The development features in most of the "Executive Class Homes" in the leading holiday brochures.

Our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa is fully air conditioned and will sleep up to 10 people as the lounge sofa converts into a bed. The fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. Laundry facilities are also installed.

The pool with jacuzzi is south facing and overlooks a lake with a fountain.

The telephone offers unlimited domestic and international phone calls as well as internet access for those who wish to use their laptop.

You will find all of Orlando's main attractions are easily accessible for example Walt Disney World is just 10 minutes drive.

There are also many beautiful public golf courses in the near vicinity. Please see map for locations.

World-class shopping, restaurants and entertainment are within easy reach.

The property is situated at the side of a lake so this makes a fantastic setting with views around the lake incorporating a fountain in the lake. This attracts some of the local birdlife. Brand New in 2008 the garage now has many games for all the family in addition to the Pool/Table Tennis Table now there is also a Dart Board, Foosball table and an awesome Basketball shootout game.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 2 cots, 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living Area. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

There is room for 7 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a north facing garden, a south facing patio area, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking.

Close to the villa you will find sailing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, cycling, horse riding, golf, tennis, historic sites, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a museum.
