The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the IN THE LIVING ROOM. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing patio area, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find golf, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, boat hire.

06/08/06 Positive Hi John and anyone wanting to know about John's Villa. It was FANTASTIC!! The Villa is a real home from home, with everything you need. With 10 of us with ages ranging from 18 months to 83 it was very spacious and we didn't get under each others feet. I was the lucky one as I had the main master bedroom - WOW!! The site has all amenities you need, and this is a great location - very close to all the parks and international drive just a short drive away. John is also a great help - he answered my many emails prior to departure and even gave me a couple of calls whilst I was there to make sure everything was OK. I had a great holiday and I would recommend this villa to anyone asking about a tip on where to stay shilst in Florida. Thanks again John x

02/17/06 Positive It was family reunion fun all around. We spent two days in the Bonds home, there were 10 of us, four adults and 6 kids. This ofcourse is two families. It accomidated us perfectly. We had a great time and everyone had plenty of space. We were able to enjoy a nice family meal on our first night with out the fuss of taking out 6 children under 8 years old. The kids ate first and then played while we as adults could relax with a nice seafood dish without the restuarant prices. Then after we all enjoyed the hot tub. It was truly nice to all be together and not have any place to return too. The best part was, it was someone else home we were quests in, a home away from home. It is so nice to both be host and quests all in one. After staying in a home, hotels would seem to expensive and small. John was wonderful from beginning to end, by checking in and fixing minor problems. Aside from the pool heat not being turned on prior to the stay, our vacation was perfect and memoriable. All the children loved Magic Kingdom with Mikey and on our last day they all swam even though the pool never heated up warm enough for us adults, the kids didn't seem to mind. We stayed in the perfect hot tub. Thanks again Bonds for the use of your beautiful home. We look forward to next time. I highly recommend this villa for anyones holiday travels.

02/16/06 Positive Location, location, location! This home puts you within about 15 minutes drive to any Disney attraction, while offering more of the comforts of home than a hotel & plenty of room to spread out. The quiet, gated neighborhood has lots of fun amenities for families: pool, game room, playground, etc. John was an absolute professional to work with and will help you out with directions and lots of great tips for enjoying your vacation! 10/31/05 Positive I can strongly recommend this villa. It has everything our party (2 families - 4 adults and 4 children) could ever wish for. Being on Windsor Palms you also don't feel 'trapped in the villa' with its tennis courts, community pool, cinema etc. An added bonus is the owner, John Bond, who has a real sense of humour and is a pleasure to deal with. No question or problem is too small that it doesn't warrent his personal attention. We have recommended his villa to a number of our friends.

11/17/04 Positive Hi John, just wanted to send a note telling you how wonderful your home was. We had six adults and three children and we were not underfoot of anyone at anytime. We dll had our own quiet rooms that we couls all go into if we needed some space. (space? what is that in a hotel room?) Your lovely home was comfortable and so close to all attractions. The pool and hottub where great.(a little hard to regulate, they got extremely hot.)I look forward to our next visit to Orlando because I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!I have already referred your home to two other people who are going for a visit and I know they will have the best vacation they could imagine. Thank you again for sharing your wonderful home with us, it alowed us to have a relaxing place to come home to at the end of the day. Hi John. Just wanted to let anyone interested in staying at this home, you won't be disappointed. It's really close to all the Disney parks, a great outlet mall off I-4, and some really tasty restaurants. I agree with the previous poster, be sure to hit the grocery store before you arrive at the house for at least necessities like drinks, extra toilet paper, and snacks. The rest can be gotten later after inventory. The house is very roomy. We came with 4 adults and 4 kids under the age of 6. We had plenty of room to roam and the kids had plenty of room to run. Had we stayed in a hotel we would've been miserable! We plan on having several Disney vacations in our future and would love to be able to stay at this house from now on! 10/11/04 Positive We just came back from a 10 day stay at the house. It is in a great neighborhood and the house is beautiful inside. We were able to fit the seven of us in the house comfortably with the 4 bedrooms. 3 Full baths really helped us in the mornings!
We enjoyed the 10 minute drive to all of the Disney Parks as we managed to squeeze in 8 parks (5 Disney, 2 Universal, and Sea World) in 10 days. Try Giordano's for great Pizza down at the main intersection of 192.
Our two kids loved the pool area and we used it every day. It felt good to cool off after the 90 plus degree days in the air conditioned house as well while watching our Red Sox win.
The only negatives were that there were no cleaning supplies, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.. so be prepared. The Dryer takes forever to dry clothes and the pool heater can trip but we really didn't need it. All in all very little to complain about.
This is a fantastic place in a great location and we are looking forward to coming back in the future!

09/29/04 Positive We had a great time at your villa, me and my friend stayed 1 month in September and we really enjoyed our stay in Florida. Unfortunatley we was here for 2 hurricaines but because the house is in such a great location it didnt really affect us. John was regulary checking up during the hurricaine to see if we was alright and kept us informed of anything we needed to know.

Walking into a house with airconditioning after being out in the really hot florida sun really is refreshing. The house had everything we ever needed, a pool, spa, bbq, play station 2, video player, tvs in the bedrooms I could go on forever. This truly was a great place to stay, located right next to everything, we will be coming back in the future no doubt!

Thanks for letting us stay in this great house John! Hope to visit it again soon.

Just a quick note to say that my family & I had a fantastic 14 nights at your beautifully appointed & comfortable villa.
Having your own pool also made our holiday complete, the kid's loved it.
When you mentioned that there is everything you need for a comfortable stay you were not kidding, the property had EVERYTHING & then some, truely a home from home. Some nice touches are the Playstation 2 & the gas BBQ...excellent.
The site is also immaculately maintained having first class facilities, the main pool & cinema are a joy.
The fact that you also take Visa was a big factor in our decision to stay at your villa.
I'm fast running out of superlatives so i'll just say that we too, shall be back.

07/10/03 Positive Our family had a great time staying at this home for 18 days. The home was comfortably appointed for our needs, our children loved the pool in the backyard, and we loved the privacy this backyard had versus other homes we have rented in the area. The closeness of the home to the recreation center was also great. We could walk in a minute to the store, movie theatre, playground and main pool complex. The gas BBQ also made for some great dinners in. The best surprise of all was the movie theatre. We could book movies for free and watch them in this great theatre and bring our own beverages and snacks. Our kids watched at least 5 different Disney movies over the three week holiday and my wife and I were able to see a few recent DVD releases that we missed in the theatre. We definitely hope to return.

Second, what impressed my family the most was receiving a call from you the very next day inquiring about how we liked the accommodations and if there were any problems encountered that required your immediate involvement. The phone call left my family and I with the added assurance that you were concerned and cared about making our stay a pleasant and enjoyable one.

John, Lynda at (Floridavillausa) was excellent. Lynda's concerned was entirely focused on us having the most memorable vacation experience at the villa and Orlando area. Please pass along my thanks to her for the fine job she did in assuring that our needs were met .
