KITCHEN/DINNING AREA is fully fitted with dishwasher,microwave,toaster,coffee maker,blender and kitchen untensils and crockery,we also provide iron,iron board,vacuum cleaner,baby high chair,cot/crib/ and push chair/stroller FREE OF CHARGE!.The dinning area has a large six seater wooden table and chairs and three bar stools for additional dinning facilites.

MASTER BEDROOM 1 AND 2 come with en-suite bathrooms walk-in shower/vanity units with plenty of soft towels and a super american 6' king size bed in master bedroom 1 and american queen 5' bed in master 2 bedroom. both masters have a large 23" cable tv with dvd players,alarm clock radio,hair dryer,phone and both overlook the pool area.

BEDROOM 3 has two single beds with dresser,alarm clock radio,built in closets,20" cable tv with dvd player and furnished to a high standard,this bedroom leads to the third bathroom.

BEDROOM 4 is decorated in a childrens Disney Theme with bunk beds,bottom bunk double size (sleeps three) and to keep the kids happy a Playstation 2 with games,20" cable tv and dvd player,this bedrooms also leads to the third bathroom.

BATHROOM THREE is shared with bedrooms 3/4 and is full size consisting of toilet/full bath with shower attachment and vanity units with plenty of soft towels and hair dryer.  

30' SWIMMING POOL AND DECK is furnished with NEW luxurious pool furniture consisting of plenty of sunbeds with matching footstools and drinks tables,matching dinning table with facility to have six chairs for dinning .the out door area has a shaded lania/patio area for outdoor dinning and the pool is south facing so you can enjoy that Florida sunshine all day long!The pool can be heated for an additional charge.

Bass Lakes on site facilities include a private fishing lake,fishing dock,communal barbecue area,cabana,childrens play ground.
 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge 1 double bunk bed located in the Twin bedroom. This gives room for up to 11 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 8 in the living room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, horse riding, golf, tennis, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.
