Villa Information
The interior has a relaxed atmosphere with plenty of space and all the home comforts to ensure an enjoyable stay, it includes a ceiling fan and a child's high-chair.
Our large open-plan lounge/diner has a cathedral style ceiling and a family dining table.
Our attractive screened pool is approx. 27' x 12' and can be lit at night to make the most of those warm evenings. You can sit and relax in the shade of the Lanai (which has the added benefit of a ceiling fan), or sunbathe on the large screened pool deck. The pool deck is also equipped with a ½ bathroom and a shower. The pool is serviced weekly to ensure it's kept in pristine condition. Pool heating is an optional extra - this isn't generally needed for most of the year but is available if required.
As you would expect with a name like Cumbrian Lakes, there are several lakes, one is lit up in the evening and a gentle fountain plays in the centre. A paved nature trail surrounds the lake where you can enjoy a walk, bike ride or jogging. A communal tot lot is provided for the entertainment of the little ones and there is plenty of open space to enjoy a picnic or a ball game.
For nature lovers, the sparkling lakes are often visited by osprey, crane and blue heron and the occasional American bald eagle can be seen flying overhead.
