The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin and 2 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living Room. This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. Susan says: "When we arrived the house was everything we expected and more. The house was perfect and everything was so clean. It was the perfect location and just suited our holiday needs we loved the pool and all the facilities the owners had left for our enjoyment. Myself my husband and our 7 year old son spent 10 days in Florida. This is our 7th time to visit Florida and we have done all the Hotels but nothing compares to the House. We would defenitely go to FLorida again and stay in a house. We would also recommend anyone with a family to likewise much better then spending two weeks all squashed in a Hotel room.
