This beautifully furnished and equipped home is part of the brand new (summer 2006) Fiesta Key Resort. Featuring 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, your family or group will have plenty of room to spread out it. With TVs in all the bedrooms and one in the living room, there can be peace!

With a full size kitchen, you can have breakfast before you head out to be a tourist. Eat snacks, pop popcorn or even have a sit down meal. Save some of the money you would normally spend eating out by eating in. There are several grocery stores nearby where you can stock up on essentials.

The full size washer & dryer may not be exciting to some, but to others they mean clean clothes more often! Moms love the convenience of washing in the evening and wearing the next day. Ignore the power bill - it's included in your rent!

The resort is located off of Poinciana Blvd which is 5 minutes from Highway 192. You have to pass Coconut Willy's each time you travel to or from 192! Disney's main entrance is a short hop away (15 minutes if the lights are on your side) and the area is dense with great restaurants, shopping and fun things to do. Medieval Times dinner show is 5 minutes in the opposite direction to Disney and is located right beside a Super WalMart which stocks tons of Orlando goodies. You can pretty much find anything you need there - even the ever-elusive gift for Great-Aunt Edna!

You will need a car to get around the area. Once you have figured out where you are, it is pretty easy to get to where you want to go!

Apart from all the golf, fishing, shopping and nightlife in the general Kissimmee area, you are close to Polk County which is home to a huge number of lakes and parks. They offer tremendous access to Florida's wildlife and natural habitat. Wonderful attractions such as Cypress Gardens, Historic Bok Tower and Fantasy of Flight offer new and different things to do. 

Per head in bed, this home offers unbeatable value for your family. For the same price as a hotel room (or sometimes less!) you can enjoy multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, living space and the community pool and other amentiies. Don't forget to bring your beach or pool towels - don't use those from the home or you won't have clean towels for the bathrooms!

This home as a view of the communal pool area and the surrounding lush landscaping. Children's play area; small fitness room; tennis courts; community pool with large sun deck and patio furniture.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
