Welcome to our luxury villa located within the premiere resort community of TRAFALGAR VILLAGE, Kissimmee. An upscale gated community based around luscious woodland and lakes and just 15 minutes from the gates of Disney. 

The Villa has 4 bedrooms (TV in every room), 3 bathrooms a beautiful heated pool with Spa/Jacuzzi. We have installed a Games Room with full-size Air Hockey Table and Electronic Darts! There is also a Playstation 2 and games and lots of DVDs, pool toys, plus NEW high chair, push-chair (stroller) and crib. Everything is included in kitchen and Utility room. The Villas is beautifully appointed, all mod-cons, just arrive and relax! There's even a front porch to sit out at night or in the early mornings! 

The Clubhouse has a large communal pool and spa, snack bar, fully equipped gym and pool tables. There will soon also be a scuba diving lake and boating/fishing lake and a selection of shops.

Villa has a Games Room with 7 foot Air Hockey Table and electronic darts. Playstation 2, games and selection of DVDs. Spa and Jacuzzi by pool at Villa There is a full Gym and another Spa at the Clubhouse as well as Internet and Computer availability. Also a 50-seater Movie Theatre!

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a home gym, a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, a sports center, a theatre/cinema, a restaurant.

Close to the villa you will find golf, a zoo, shopping areas, a themepark, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a museum.
