Our home is situated in thepopular area of Lindfields, only5 minutes drive from Disney World Maingate.
Close to various supermarkets such as Walmart and Publix, and only 6 minutes from Kissimmee's Old Town, on Friday nights you can watch theclassic cars cruise by and enjoy a beer and live music with the resident band.
For that extra thrill you can experience the highest Sky Coaster in the USA, those of you that are faint hearted can watch from the viewing platform. 

Where do you begin, Disney, Universal Studios, Florida Mall, International Drive, Sea World, Busch Gardens ( Tampa) Florida State Park, all within 1 hours drive.
Don't forget the Kennedy Space Centre at Cape Canaveral,why not plan your visit around a launch date, its spectacular.
There are plenty of beaches Cocoa Beach, Naples, Tampa and Clearwater. 

Our home is on Lindfields which is a quiet residential area, after a busy day at the parks or shopping you can come home and relax by our 30 foot pool, long enough for a proper swim, or just to have fun with the kids.
We have an outside dining area for those barbeques.
With Cable TV in every room and DVD players and video available you will never get bored. 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private east facing swimming pool, a east facing garden, a east facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find boat hire, walking, golf, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find flying, horse riding, historic sites, a theatre/cinema.

Graham says: "A spacious and very well equipped villa ideal for smaller families ( without grand-parents etc ). It is set in an established division where the majority of homes are occupied by Floridians. This is a bonus for those who wish to be amongst "the locals" as opposed to being surrounded by other tourists. We could not ask for more, equipment / facility wise and overall the comfort levels in every aspect were excellent. Access to the Disney Parks are within 10 mins and about 25-30 mins to Universal / Seaworld / Wet n Wild. Will definately go again. Highly Recommended. "
