Sleeps 6 if I child slept on camp bed. , the villa is furnished and equipped to a high standard, and is a superb holiday base for families and groups.
It is located very close to the centre of kiti, and only 10 minutes drive to the airport and onwards to Larnaca city centre.
The villa is equipped with Astra and Hotbird satellite Tv and Dvd player with small selection of films for your entertainment. The fully fitted kitchen is complete with all the modern equipment you would require, full sized fridge freezer , microwave, washing machine, toaster , kettle, dinner sets, etc.
The villa is fully air conditioned .
Outside is a large patio area, and pergola for meals outdoors. The above ground swimming pool is large with ladders for easy access, and children and adults alike will love it.
Off road car parking is also available. Insect screens are fitted to all windows for your comfort.
