This spacious villa has 3 large double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One bedroom ensuite is a few steps down from the main house on the lower level adjacent to the large (10m) infinity edge pool which is set in a well kept tropical garden.The remaining two bedrooms are on the upper floor both with ensuite bathrooms with one having an additional feature of an outside jacuzzi facing the Gulf of Siam. The bedrooms upstairs are air conditioned and have cool parquet floors. 

Walk into the double doors of this hilltop retreat set in a tropical gardens and you are immediately met with a stunning uninterrupted view of the Gulf of Siam. There is expansive outdoor terracing with furniture on all levels, from which you can take in the vista and spectacular sunsets. 

The large living and dining area has widescape french doors to maximize the views and the décor is elegant and modern but very comfortable with satellite TV and stereo. 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 double and 1 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 7 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.
