The villa has five luxury bedrooms all air conditioned. The three bedrooms on the top level have large ensuite indoor/outdoor bathrooms and open onto a wide sea view terrace. The master bathroom has a huge terrazzo bathtub. A fourth bedroom on the next level is set across the courtyard from the main living area. This bedroom has a mezzanine library level and a detached bathroom. The fifth bedroom is down one more level. This bedroom, with its own private balcony, has an ensuite bathroom and is equipped with a small kitchen area.

The huge living room has 180-degree views and opens onto sandstone terraces and the fresh breezes with folding glass doors on three sides. The living area has a full audiovisual system with 56-channel satellite plasma TV, DVD and VCR player. Also in this area is one of two kitchens and dining areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cook top, oven dishwasher, two refrigerators, and an icemaker. It is separated from the living area by a granite topped breakfast bar. The circular glass topped dining table seats eight.

Down a flight of sandstone steps one comes to the huge pool terrace with an infinity edge pool, a thatched roof pool sala, outdoor covered dining area, bathroom, outdoor shower and the second staff kitchen. There are numerous places to lie and soak up the sun, or read a book and enjoy a quiet drink in the shade.

All this is set in a lush jungle landscape enhanced with water features and traditional Thai statues and artworks. A garden full of palms and tropical flowers will surround you.

A full time housekeeper will look after you during your stay, plus we offer a full concierge service to meet your every need. Our reputation for service is unsurpassed on Koh Samui. A Thai cook is available on prior request at extra charge. A tropical breakfast of fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal and toast is supplied. Our staff will meet you at the airport and deliver you to your home with a minimum of fuss and delay. Not designed with small children in mind, but designed for adults. Golf, Tennis, Boating, Diving and other services are nearby. There are a multitude of fine restaurants and shopping in the area.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 5 double, 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 6 bathrooms and 6 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The location of the villa means you will hear some noise, though not excessive. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a summer house, a patio area, a balcony, sea views, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
