This superbly presented 4 or 5 bedroom villa is located on a quiet beach residence close to Tong Son Bay. The accommodation comprises of off-road parking, entrance through double doors into hallway. Three bedrooms, all air-conditioned, master with en-suite bathroom (bath tub and separate shower). 2 other bedrooms share a further bathroom with hot water shower. 2 of the bedrooms open onto a terrace overlooking the pool and gardens. Upstairs to the ocean view lounge and terrace. Spacious fully fitted kitchen with washer and dishwasher etc. Spacious lounge with TV, DVD and satellite system. Bedroom 4 or office/media/ TV room (double folding sofa bed). Bathroom with shower and bath tub. Dining area and doors opening onto ocean view terrace with wonderful views towards Ban Rak and Bophut bays, and Big Buddha statue in the foreground. Outside on the ground floor is bedroom 5 which is separate from the main villa. TV, DVD player and en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned for comfort.
