Baan Oriental is located about 3km from Ao Nang beach, in a quiet residential area close to local shops and markets. The villa is surrounded by a high brick wall for your privacy and is cleaned on a daily basis.

The villa's interior is a combination of Mediterranean and Thai chic: exposed brick walls and terracotta tiles give a rustic feel, while the high quality wood, bamboo and fabric furnishings are pure luxury.

 

The 3 bedrooms are air-conditioned to provide you with a cool night’s sleep. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and two have double bathtubs. The villa sleeps eight comfortably and is suitable for a two-or three- family party looking for a relaxed and secluded stay.

There is also a small guest bungalow on the villa grounds consisting of a double bedroom and bathroom available for use when the main house is full.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, mineral water dispenser and microwave oven.

To enable guests to keep in touch with the outside world, we have installed satellite television and a DVD player with surround sound system in a separate air-conditioned room. In addition, a computer with ADSL connection and wireless network is available for your use 24 hours a day.

Swim anytime in the private pool and unwind in the Jacuzzi at your doorstep. If you wish to pop into town, we have brand new scooters and cars available for hire.

We want you to feel at home at Baan Oriental. This is a house with no rules. If you want advice on things to do and see, we are happy to recommend activities and attractions. If you want privacy and peace, then we will be discreet. We can be easily contacted as we give our guests a mobile telephone, pre-programmed with our contact numbers. If you need to request an in-villa massage treatment or book an elephant safari or are in the market and need help translating Thai; then we are here to meet your requests.

I have worked in the hotel industry in Europe and the USA for over 15 years, this include 10 years for the Peninsula Beverly Hills (5 Stars, 5 Diamonds), in Los Angeles, California.
In year 2000 I came to Krabi for a new challenge: open a resort. I bought property here and built Baan Oriental. I am currently building more villas in Krabi. 

The 3400 sq foot (340 sqm) villa is nestled in a 16,000 sq foot (1600 sqm) garden and is located in a quiet enclave, thereby ensuring our guests privacy and relaxation. Ao Nang beach is just 3km away. Baan Oriental is designed for friends and family who wish to holiday together - privately and peacefully. Our stunning Mediterranean-styled villa can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 4 double, 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 12 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private north facing swimming pool, a north facing garden, a north facing patio area, panoramic views, interesting views. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, walking, cycling, horse riding, tennis, scuba diving, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find climbing, golf.
