YTL is well known in Malaysia for high end condominiums and their units are well received. Bookings are very strong especially during festive and school holidays. Please plan you holidays earlier and make firm bookings. You can get further reasonable discounts. Just ask and make an offer.

It is actually a hidden secret of Kuala Lumpur. There are many surprises for those who stay here:
1. There is an almost dedicated elevated flyover for the condominium. You avoid the traffic at Jalan Ipoh and Sentul to get out of the area by using this highway.
2. The residents have exclusive access to the KLPAC The Kuala Lumpur Performance Arts Center and the expansive YTL Sentul Park including a Japanese restaurant and Koi ponds.
3. Around the development are traditional eateries and outlets in cosmopolitan kl with many ethnic original outlets for food, clothing and other sundries. The nights are always vibrant and spirited. It is probably the most colorful area of kuala lumpur for those visitying or on a short travel itinerary.
4. In fact you could get to almost anywhere in kl from sentul in a short time as compared to from bangsar or kiara. You could reach the extensive north south highway and the east coast highway easily from the tamarind.

If your purpose here in kl is for business then the tamarind is suitably located with easy railway station 5 min walk away and the light rail transit station 10 mins walk away.

You can make the tamarind as your regular short stay abode while in kl.

Bookings may be made for stays after 25september 2007. For confirmation of booking a 30% of (the total rent expected + security deposit) is required. For example if you wish to stay for 10 nights then you need to pay Euro95 x 10 =Euro950. You need to pay a security deposit of Euro950 which is refundable upon check out. Hence you need to deposit Euro950 x 2 x 30% = Euro570. This shall secure the booking.

If you fail to turn up without 72hrs notification the whole deposit shall be forfeited. With 72hrs notice a refund minus 30% (for administrative costs) shall be made.
