The Complex nestles below a range of Hills which are part of a national park and is surrounded with peach farms… The smell is gorgeous!! You are 200mtrs from the nearest Supermarket (Peramarket). En-route towards the beach is a fabulous local market for all your shopping needs… There are a plentifully amount of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance of the Villa!! There is a Doctors Surgery and Dentist, should the worst happen, again within easy reach from the Villa…

The Gorgeous Paradise Beach is about a 10min gentle walk. Whether you want water sports or a gentle laze in the sun, it’s all here!! And not a crowd in sight. This beach is as peacefull as it is beautiful.. The Sunset is simply stunning!!
 

Take a Trip Out into the National Park!!

The ideal place to escape from town fuss and noise is a well-merited rest and beach afternoon in the national park (since 1960's) of Kalamaki in the "Dilek Peninsula". Located approx. 30 km South of Kusadasi, it is only 1-2 km far from the Greek island Samos.

The Kalamaki beaches count several bays of which the most important ones are Icmeler (1st bay and only sandy one), Kavakli and Karapinar. Winters are mostly rainy and Summers dry. This explains that water sources are the main place where fauna gathers for drinking. The most dense specie is the wild pig so do not be bewildered when you see a wild pig family wandering around in the afternoon.

Due to its clean environment, Kalamaki is also ideal for picnics. All necessary facilities have been thought of : water from the mountains, lavatory and picnic tables and benches. And while you walking around, according to the season, look at the various kinds of flowers in almost any color and do hesitate to taste the wild strawberries.

How to Go?...To reach the National Park, you can take a minibus leaving at regular hours from the bus station (opposite the Friday Market) or join an organized tour. You will soon understand it is worth going ! 

There are views all round this property... The rolling hills of the national park on one side, and large gardens and pool to the front of the property... There are Large terraces on each of the 3 floors. and the terraces go all the way round the property!! The Villa is Fully Equiped with all the modern appliances, you could ever need!!

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 2 single. The property also has 2 double bunk beds located in the In one of the single Rooms On The First Floor, And One In The Childrens Dormitory. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, scuba diving, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find mountain biking, horse riding, historic sites, a museum, a themepark.

Many Activities, like Scuba Diving ETC can be arranged prior to your arrival

Take a Trip out to the Local National Park... This can be done very cheaply on the Local bus!!

The complex was also nice and the swimming pool was excellent. The drawbacks were the distance to Kusadasi (20 minutes by bus) and the mosquitos which caused us to visit a doctor to treat the bites. I would strongly recommend installing screens at the entrances and windows. "
