This villa is set on a quiet complex just on the outskirts of Kusadasi Centrum. The local dolmus,s stop outside about every 5 minutes and will take you to all the local places of interest for about 40p. These include Long beach, ladies beach, Bar street,local market and a choice of Three fabulous water parks. For a little extra you can also visit historical sites like Ephesus and the virgin Marys house. 

There are a selection of shops, bars and restaurants just outside the complex, with Yavansu Beach 200m away to either swim and sunbathe all day or just sit and relax and watch the sun go down.  

Found a great place for a cheap day out, if you either walk down to Long Beach which takes about 15 minute, or jump on the Long Beach dolmus which takes 2 minutes (depend how lazy you feel), you walk along about 50 m and there is a place called Kumsal Beach Club, if you see the guy called Ozzy who rents the beach sun beds, for 5tyl each you get the beds and free access to the club for the day, they have a big pool, large grass area with beds, big cushions, hammocks and bar/ snack bar.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 8 people.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a north facing garden, a north facing patio area, a north facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find historic sites.

There are 3 large aqua parks nearby

The fabulous National park is a short distance away, Also many historical place to visit.

LIz says: "The Villa was perfect, we stayed for 2 weeks in July, and had a wonderful time. Its in a nice quiet area , close to the beach, all amenities are within a short walking distance.. getting into town was no problem as the Dolmus passes by every couple of minutes.. The house itself can sleep 8 comfortably and is so well equipped with DVD player, play station etc, it certainly kept us entertained on nights in.. The owner Brian was a pleasure to deal with and was always only too happy to answer questions etc. I would highly recommend and would go so far as to say I would happily book it again for my next trip to Kusadasi "
