Set back on a hill the villa offers peace and tranquillity and benefits from use of a shared pool just behind the house.

In brief the villa has a kitchen with all new appliances, cloakroom, lounge which opens out onto a sea view patio and small garden.

1st floor there is a double bedroom again with private sun balcony with stunning sea views, shower room and a further single bedroom with a further pull out single bed and a balcony overlooking the swimming pool.

2nd Floor is master bedroom with dressing area again with an additional single pull out bed, (plenty of room for a cot) which has a door out onto the roof terrace with a brick built bbq and seating for 6. The roof terrace offers amazing seaviews.

Kusadasi is a lively cosmopolitan town with a charming harbour where cruise ships dock. The town has a huge selection of bars, gift shops, pavement café’s, bazzars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, local markets and of course Turkish rug shops. The quaint harbour is a relaxing place to eat,where you can choose your own freshly caught fish.

Kusadasi has a real family feeling and is nice to stroll around in the evening after a meal.

For those that have children, there are a selection of parks in the square and down on the beach which are lovely to use also a small fun fair.

For those with children or big kids themselves Kusadasi has two local aqua parks, Adaland which is the biggest in Europe and Aqua Fantasy which is great for younger children.

Small drive away you can visit the National Park, with beautiful scenery and crystal clear water.

There is also a daily ferry service to the Greek island of Samos.
 

The villa is in an ideal location, it offers peace and tranquility during the day but if you walk to the bottom of the hill everything is easily accessible.

At the mainroad you can catch a dolmus bus that will take you in the centre if you wanted to have a large choice of shops and resturants. (approx 5 mins)

A five minute bus ride will take you to some lovely beaches -

Ladies Beach which is very popular, has alot of seafront restaurants, bars and shops, as well as sunbeds etc

Green Beach is our favourite, it is smaller and more relaxing than the main beaches and caters for everyone. It has a sandy beach, calm sea, sunbeds on the beach and above on the lawned area facing out to sea, beach bar, snack bar, slumber cushions on the lawn, children's play area... A lovely place to spend a sunny afternoon.

Long Beach is just that a long sandy beach, you can walk here from the villa in approx 15 mins or again catch a dolmus. Long beach has snack bar, bar, sunbeds, icecreams, small water park.

Directly across the main road from the villa (5 min walk from villa), you will find the "Eleven's Beach Club" which has a shaded grassed children's play area, a seafront resturant serving snacks in the day and than transforms into a romantic seafront setting in the evenings. The club has a wooden jetty directly over the ocean, with sunbeds, you can walk down the jetty steps directly into the sea.

Another lovely place to eat locally, (approx 10 min walk) is the Blue Dreams restaurant, this is also on the seafront but this also has a beach and sunbeds.

I can also arrrange taxi transfer from the airport for £30 each way, the driver will take you directly to the villa, hand over the keys and show you around the villa

*please note, the villa is set up on a hilltop which has the benifit of stunning views and a peaceful setting, but the road leading up to the villa is part road and part dirt track*

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 2 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque.

The villa is right beside swimming.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find golf, historic sites.

The views were fantastic and many an hour was spent enjoying a drink on the top floor balcony taking in the panoramic views of the bay.
