Situated in a small development of only 9 privately-owned villas, nestling in the foothills of the Kyrenia Mountain range beneath the historic St Hilarion Castle. Secret Paradise is a mere 10 min drive to some of the most beautiful unspoilt beaches in the world.
The beautiful harbour town of Kyrenia with its imposing castle and pretty bars/restaurants is a mere 15 min drive away.

It is primarily for those seeking a relaxed, uncommercialised style holiday although there is plenty of entertainment in most of the bars and restaurants during the summer season and a lively nightlife down at the open air beach discos for the young at heart.

There are also many sightseeing attractions nearby, such as the ruins in Salamis, the magical Bellapais Abbey, St Hilarion Castle, to name a few. Visit, also, the many nearby unspoilt deserted beaches, where turtles nest and wild donkeys roam.

"Secret Paradise" is brand new (June 2005) and has been completed to a very high standard, with tasteful furniture and high quality appliances. The villa is situated on the edge of the picturesque village of Karaman (sometimes referred to as Karmi)which has a good selection of local restaurants and bars.

The villa has a master bedroom (king size bed) and full ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi bath. The second bedroom (double bed) boasts an ensuite shower/wc and bedroom three has twin beds with an adjacent shower/wc. All bedrooms include fitted wardrobes.

The villa has airconditioning in all rooms and gas central heating (only needed for the very short winter season)!

The villa boasts a large illuminated private swimming pool with absolutely suberb sea and mountain views.

For your peace of mind whilst staying at the villa we provide a local contact number offering 24 hour 7 days per week on call service assistance in the event that you experience any problems in North Cyprus.

It is recommended that you hire a car in order to experience the full beauty and natural history of this country and, if required, this can be arranged, as well as tranfers to and from either Erjan or Larnaca airports.

Karaman (or Karmi) village lies on the mountain above Kyrenia and nestles in the foothills of the Besparmak, or Five Finger Mountains, below the crusader castle of St. Hilarion. The village fell into disrepair after 1974. In the early 1980's the village was declared a special tourist area and the houses rented to mainly British and German residents to rebuild and renovate.

The village has most amenities. The village shop, which stocks all the essentials, including fresh bread, acts as the postoffice and a source of general information.
There are two bars; The crows Nest pub is open all year round and Spot is open for the summer months. The village has two restaurants; Levant, next to the church and Kismet View in the lower village.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a north facing garden, a west facing patio area, a north facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, a restaurant.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, scuba diving, historic sites, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find boat hire, flying, horse riding, a museum.
