‘Casiobury’ is a beautiful 4 double-bedroom villa, newly built in 2005. The property is ideally located within a few minutes walking distance of the picturesque village of Esentepe. Occupying a prime hillside position amid the pine forests of this region, Casiobury is blessed with stunning, uninterrupted panoramic views of the North Cyprus coastline.

There are a number of secluded beaches in the area & traditional restaurants located in the village or just a short drive away. Famous for its turtles, Alagadi beach is within 10 minutes drive away & the spring of 2006 sees the opening of the Esentepe Golf & Country Club, a brand new championship-quality golfing complex & practice facility, just 5 minutes away.
 

The accommodation comprises a spacious hallway furnished with 2 large easy chairs and table, leading through to a sunken lounge area. The lounge has a traditional open fireplace and is comfortably furnished with a sofa bed, easychair & coffee table. Satellite TV is provided. Large double-glazed patio doors afford direct unimpeded views of the Mediterranean from the comfort of your armchair. Off the lounge, through an archway, is the semi-circular dining room. With a large dining table and chairs, this room has two further sets of patio doors leading out onto the garden terrace with truly stunning sea views. Beyond the dining room is a fully-equipped kitchen.

On the ground floor, on the east-side of the house, are two double bedrooms, each with air-conditioning and built-in wardrobes. One is furnished with a double-bed and the second has twin beds. Both bedrooms have double-glazed patio doors, leading directly to the private pool. Between these two bedrooms is the family bathroom, equipped with shower, WC and hand basin.
 

Climb the stairs and you will find a third double bedroom. Comfortably furnished and air-conditioned, it has two large picture-windows affording amazing views all the way up the coastline, westwards towards Kyrenia. This bedroom also has its own private external terrace equipped with table & chairs.

The master bedroom is situated at the top of the stairs. Air-conditioned for your comfort, it is furnished with a king-size bed, dressing table and built-in wardrobes. Across the landing is a large shower room/wet room with WC, hand basin etc. A second external terrace can be accessed from this floor, overlooking the pool area, facing eastwards with views right up to the Karpaz Peninsula… perfect for catching the early morning & afternoon sun.

To the east-side of the house is the 8m x 4m private pool & barbecue area. Sun-loungers & parasols are provided for our guest’s convenience. With the further provision of a large table & chairs, family-dining al fresco is a pleasure not to be missed.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Rachel says: "The property was nice. The only thing that was missing, which would have been helpful were instructions on how to turn the gas on, how to use the appliances and what to do with te rubbish. It was a good 40 mins from the town though, which wasn't entirely clear. The village however was very nice and the pool etc, plus it was very peaceful with good views over the sea."
