Villa consists of 3 cottages, Mountain Villa, The house that Jack built and Riverside Cottage. Mountain house and the House that Jack built are adjoining, Riverside is detached. The private pool garden is central. Villas can be rented together or seperately.  

The villa sits in an elevated position with spectacular views of the Abbey in the village below, over the olive groves to the sea and up towards the mountains behind.The Abbey is floodlit at night.  

Should you tire of the shady garden and pool sandy beaches are only 15 minutes away or you can wander into the village for a drink under the Tree of Idleness. Historic Crusader castles and Roman cities provide memorable visits  

Sea and Mountain views 360 degree from rooftop balcony on Mountain house. There are five balconies with fantastic views. Lots of covered sheltered spots in the gardens. There are many steps on the property which backs onto the mountainside and thus is quite private although still retaining the feel of being within the village. The houses have original Cypriot design and furnishings as this has been our family home since 1963. There are many local paintings on the cottage walls done by the mother of the owner in the 1960's. God's airconditioning = The villas are in a river valley from the mountain and thus get cool breezes in summer in the morning and evening making air conditioning unnecessary.

The village house comprises 7 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 4 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 14 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The village house has 6 bathrooms and 6 WCs for your party's use.

There is room for 14 in the living room and 14 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The village house is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private swimming pool, a south facing garden, a patio area, a north facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The village house is right beside swimming, walking, mountain biking.

Close to the village house you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, fishing, climbing, cycling, horse riding, a sports center, historic sites, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the village house you will find wind surfing, tennis, scuba diving, a museum.

A multi-generational family group of ten having a great time in high summer with virtually every meal outside and a cool pool to relax in and enough shadey corners , sunny terraces and hideway places for everyone to have their own space and yet big enough family dining and board game playing places for everyone to get together round one table when desired.
