Pinocasa is a well appointed 2 bedroom apartment, consisting of 1 Bedroom with Kingsize Bed and Bedroom 2 comprises of 2 3ft single beds. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes,drawer units, electric fans, rugs and subdued lighting, travel cot with bedding and high chair. l Bathroom comprises of bath,shower & WC, with good quality bathroom fittings and towelling bathrobes.
Lounge area consists of Leather corner seating, dining room table & 6 chairs, TV/DVD/CD/Radio with satalite TV .
Kitchen has oven & hob,fridge/Freezer,Washing Maching ,Dryer, Dishwasher,Microwave,Kettle,Toaster,Iron/Ironing Board,
with all the usual Kitchen assessories, Fire Blanket, First Aid Kit, Childrens Safety gate for kitchen, Childrens eating and drinking assessories.
The outside balcony has a small table and chairs, with gates to keep little people safe.
The solarium has a table and chairs with parasol, a new pagoda is being built, sunbeds, shower, barbacue, and beautiful panaromic sea and mountains views, outside lighting.
There is a communal swimming pool just outside the apartment, car parking, the site has a bar/restaurant
with the La Azohia hotel just a short distance away for some
good meals and drinks plus a fitness club and spa.
The lovely sandy beach is just along the road, it has a very soft slope making it very safe for children.
The area is relaxing and quiet, it's a real get away from everything, with beautiful and romantic surroundings, there are various sports locally, together with a lovely fishing village where you can sit in many of the local bars and watch the daily catch coming in. La Azohia is for people who enjoy making their own entertainment with plenty to offer. 

La Azohia is cuddled by mountains and surrounded by sea.
The beautiful sandy beach stretches for miles and even
in the highest season you can find a beach to yourselves.The Costa Calida is a beaufiful part of Spain.
The area has a quiet village atmosphere with some local bars and shops and the La Azohia 4 star hotel.
The Port of Mazarron is 10 minutes drive away, and the
main shopping area is just further along about 5 minutes drive. There is a wide variety of bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, Sunday market, banks and hotels.
The town of Mazarron is 25 minutes drive away from the apartment, with Cartagena being 20 minutes away, which
also has some lovely shops. The surrounding area is very rural with mountain scenery and lots of greenery. There are small pockets of different towns, such as Fuente Alamo and La Manga especially for golfing.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. The apartment is right beside swimming, climbing, walking, cycling, a food shop.
