Barboros Villa is set on a newly developed complex of holiday villas surrounded by 5 star hotels, in an ideal location at Ladies Beach. This modern 4 bedroom villa comes fully furnished and equipped for an ideal family self-catering holiday. Consisting of three floors, the villa offers a spacious and comfortable environment for up to 10 people. The villa being only a few minutes walk to the well renowned Ladies beach has a beautiful sea view from the large roof terrace which you will find nothing more satisfying than watching the sunset while drinking a nice cool glass of wine.  

For those of you who don’t fancy the short stroll to the beach. Why not lounge by the large communal pool with separate kiddies pool being only a few footsteps away from the villa. 

Within easy reach of the villa you will find everything from shopping areas, restaurants, all types of water sports, wind surfing, aqua parks, historical sites and places of interests. The villa is only five minutes by dolmus (small bus) from the Ladies Beach area to Kusadasi Town.  

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 3 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television satellite/cable.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a balcony, sea views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside a beach, swimming.

Close to the villa you will find water skiing, boat hire, fishing, walking, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find wind surfing, golf.
