This new apartment has everything you will need for a relaxing stay. Entrance is via electric gates to your own parking space in the basement garage. Access is then via lift or stairs to the first floor. The apartment is in a small, private, block of one and two bed-roomed apartments and has a spacious and comfortable lounge and dining area with a bright, fully equipped kitchen. All doors and windows are fitted with electric shutters. Directly from the lounge you will find a large balcony with a sea view and outside dining for 6. There is also a separate outdoor balcony area with direct kitchen access. The master double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom (with Jacuzzi bath). There is also a second bathroom with walk-in shower accessed from the hall.
