Upstairs is the spacious lounge/dining room (7m x 5m) with a feature fireplace and a log burning fire. The Widescreen TV receives UK channels via Sky. Entertainment facilities include a video, DVD player, Radio/CD player and an iPod docking station/speaker system. The dining area contains a large glass-topped dining table. Three sets of patio doors lead to the broad balcony terrace with extensive views. Theres a barbecue built into the balcony. The 4.5 x 3m kitchen is well equipped and spacious, including a marble breakfast table, fridge-freezer, oven/hob, dish washer & microwave. 

A spiral staircase fitted with safety gates leads to the downstairs hall and bedrooms. All the bedrooms have built in wardrobes and a patio door leading to the pool and garden terrace.
The 1st bedroom (5m x 5m) with en suite bathroom has a double bed and room for another single bed or a cot. The 2nd bedroom (4m x 4.5m) has two single beds and a twin sofa bed for two extra people. The 3rd bedroom (3.5m x 4m) has two single beds. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share the second bathroom. All permanent beds are equipped with duvets. 

The villa is approached by a cobblestone driveway, with ample parking. A shaded terrace leads onto the private pool terrace (with a high wall that cant be overlooked). There are plenty of sun loungers. Wide shallow steps lead into the large 10m x 5m swimming pool. 

The new motorway extension puts the villa only 5 minutes from the nearest junction and opens up access to the rest of the Algarve. The villa is well equipped, with enough crockery and utensils for 8 people. A twin sofa bed and a single divan are available to accommodate extra guests. The villa is fully managed locally in Luz by an English company and they are there to assist you. Cots and high chairs can be booked directly from them. Marina, the English speaking maid visits each weekday. There is a fully irrigated garden with plenty of fruit trees and flowers to enjoy. All local amenities, including restaurants and the supermarket are only 10 minutes walk away. But the villa still enjoys considerable privacy, situated in a very quiet location with an almond tree grove in front and behind the property.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the In the large twin bedroom. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, flying, walking, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, historic sites, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find fishing, scuba diving.

The nearest beach is just a 10 minute walk. Two water parks & Zoomarine are less than 40 mins away.

Lagos and the grottos of Ponta da Piedade are 10 minutes drive. Cape St Vincent is 30 minutes away.
