The apartment has a spacious terrace overlooking both the pool and lake, and there is a small private garden to the rear complete with olive trees. There is a small village just 100 metres from the apartment, with several restaurants.
The apartment is just 800 metres from the lake itself and less than 1km from the lively lakeside town of Toscolano Maderno, which has one of the largest beaches on the lake and the only sand beach.

Tanya says: "The CasaGarda apartment was absolutely perfect. The views from the balcony were spectacular and perfect for having a nice cup of hot chocolate on in the cold mornings (We visitied in Novemebr). The apartment was spacious and in pristine condition, not a spec of dust anywhere! There were all the essentials needed for a family so it didn't matter if someone had forgotten something! We are already planning on returning to this aprtment in the summer! It is wonderfully located, as the town Toscolano Maderno wasn't far away at all, and very friendly. Can't wait to go back!"
