We are delighted to a offer you private, self-catering accommodation in our Italian holiday home, a brand new 2 bedroom apartment in a complex with swimming pool and amazing views of Lake Garda.

The building and grounds, including the swimming pool, are run by a local, professionally qualified administrator. The apartment you see here is managed by Garda Homes, a British/Italian company, who oversee all aspects of bookings, changeovers and laundry, so you can be assured of the highest standards while still enjoying the privacy and genuinity of a booking direct from the owner.  

It is surrounded by beautiful countryside, with vineyards and olive groves in abundance. Despite the quiet atmosphere, the lake, with its charming street cafe life, designer shops and restaurants, is a short 5 minute drive away, Gardaland and other theme parks are 30 minutes away, the opera house at the Arena di Verona is 40 minutes away, and the designer stores of Milan are just 1 1/4 hours away by train or 1 1/2 hours by car.


 

Apartment 2 offers a true home from home, with every facility for a comfortable stay.

The living room is fully equipped, with television, DVD player and a selection of DVDs. The kitchen leads off the living area and is truly state-of-the-art, with a modern, stylish Italian design, and fully fitted with dishwasher, microwave, fan oven, hob, fridge and small freezer, and plenty of cupboard space.

The bathroom has a shower, toilet and bidet plus wash basin, and washing machine.

The main bedroom has a double bed, lots of wardrobe space and a chest of drawers. The feel is modern and stylish.

The second bedroom has bunk beds and is ideal for children, though adults will also be comfortable in this room.

The living room has two sets of floor to ceiling glass doors opening out onto the patio and garden. 

Stunning lake views from apartment and private patio and garden. In the second bedroom, there are two bunk beds and a third bed that pulls out from underneath the bunk. There is also a sofabed, meaning up to 6 people can sleep in the apartment.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television dvd. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a east facing garden, a east facing patio area, panoramic views, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking.

The apartment is right beside swimming, walking.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tennis, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find water skiing, skiing/snowboarding, a zoo, a themepark.

Jane says: "The 72 bends up the 'mountain' to the property added to the excitement of the holiday and were worth the climb (in the car!) for the veiw across the lake from the apartment, which was spectacular both day and night. The directions to the apartment were really clear...unfortunately didn't print the one's to the key box so had to back track from apartment to keys!! Arriving late at night made the welcome pack very welcome indeed, however a toilet roll in the welcome pack would have been much appreciated. The apartment was great as a base and the only thing we'd ask for extra was warmer bedding for October!!"
