We are delighted to a offer you private, self-catering accommodation in our Italian holiday home, a brand new one-bedroom apartment close to the centre of Salo', a gorgeous lakefront town full of life, with designer shops, fantastic restaurants. The apartment enjoys the use of a lovely swimming pool with lake view.


 

The apartment has a living room with kitchen area, bedroom with access to a tiny garden and rear, a shower room with washing machine, and a small patio at the front where you can dine outside.
The living area has a television and DVD player, and the kitchen is good quality, Italian design and brand new (as is everything in the apartment). The sofa opens out into a sofa bed and a travel cot is provided. 

The shared pool area is truly lovely, with stunning lake and mountain views. There is a communal gazebo where you can eat and look at the gorgeous mountain views. The town is a short walk away (across the road and down some steps - remember you have to walk back UP on the way home!) 

There is a lovely lake view (and mountain view) from the shared pool area, but no lake view from the apartment itself.

The apartment comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 double and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television dvd.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The location of the apartment means you will hear some noise, though not excessive. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a east facing patio area, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking.

The apartment is right beside swimming.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, fishing, climbing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tennis, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find wind surfing, skiing/snowboarding, a zoo, a themepark.

Rochelle says: "We were really pleased with the property. The pictures online do not do it justice. Fantastic value for money and really great place. It is all very well kept and very homely with everything you could need. The pool is lovely and the neighbours are very friendly. The only thing that I would mention is that you have to cross a road to get to the steps down to Salo and it is quite dangerous. Not the end of the world but worth considering. I will definitely go back and really enjoyed my stay there...thank you very much."
