Our apartment is on the first floor of a pretty residence built a few years ago to the highest standards, surrounded by beautiful countryside and lovely views.

The property has a large covered terrace with lake view with its own built in barbecue and plenty of space for private al fresco dining. There is also a small balcony to the rear, off the second bedroom, with lovely view of Polpenazze del Garda and surrounding vineyards and olive groves.

The village is a short walk away, approximately 10 minutes walk or a 2 minute drive.

The building and grounds, including the swimming pool, are run by a local, professionally qualified administrator. The apartment you see here is managed by Garda Homes, a British/Italian company, who oversee all aspects of bookings, changeovers and laundry, so you can be assured of the highest standards while still enjoying the privacy and genuinity of a booking direct from the owner.  

 

 

Lovely views of Lake Garda to the east, the town of Polpenazze and surrounding countryside to the west. The property is very close to Garda Golf course and a very short drive to some fantastic beaches, and a10-15 minute walk to the town where there are some lovely bars and restaurants. Very genuine Italian town, not overly touristy, with lots to do and see.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 double and 1 cots. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the living room foldaway bed. This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television dvd. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle. You will also find a washing machine. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a east facing patio area, a west facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside swimming, walking.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find skiing/snowboarding, a zoo, a themepark.

Zoe says: "The property was clean, well stocked, accessable and with use of a good swimming pool. We were a little disappointed with the parking which was not as easy and accessable as thought. Also although there was a TV it was not connected to the aerial so could only be used for DVDs - as an Italian speaking family we found this disappointing. Finally, I think that the details should state that the air conditioning is only in one bedroom as if the temperature had been hotter we would have struggled with young children. Overall, a good expererince and a great place to visit."
