We are delighted to a offer you private, self-catering accommodation in our Italian holiday home, a brand new 3 bedroom town apartment in the heart of Salò, a gorgeous lakefront town full of life, with designer shops, fantastic restaurants and just a short walk from the lake itself. The apartment enjoys the use of a large floodlit swimming pool, too.

This apartment is NOT your average self-catering accommodation: it is a stylish luxury property in a complex consisting entirely of Italian families, most of which live there year round, and has been styled in the manner of a main residence by the British owners. Consequently, we kindly ask guests to remember that this is not a holiday camp atmosphere, but is a refined, elegant home in which to enjoy a genuine slice of the Italian good life.

 

It is in the heart of Salò, one of the most exclusive and picturesque towns on the lake, yet it has a large swimming pool and lovely mountain views! The lake front is about 200m away, and the town's historic centre is a 5 minute walk. The apartment itself is very spacious, 130 square metres total, with 3 large balconies offering plenty of outside dining space. It is on the first floor, but there is also a lift meaning those with mobility problems will have few inconveniences.  

The apartment at Il Brolo offers a true home from home, with every facility for a comfortable stay.

The apartment is in a gated community, offering optimal security and privacy. The apartment entrance opens to a very spacious living area, with 2 large, comfortable sofas, a large colour television with DVD player and video, The dining area, towards the back of the living room, provides seating for eight people.
The living room opens out, with large French windows, onto a spacious balcony with an outside dining table, which overlooks the floodlit swimming pool and the mountains beyond.
The kitchen is separate from the living area and has its own balcony. It is truly a state-of-the-art kitchen, with a modern, stylish Italian design, and fully fitted with dishwasher, microwave, fan oven, hob, fridge and freezer, and plenty of cupboard space. There is a breakfast bar for morning cappuccino and brioches!

Another balcony leads off the main bedroom, which is a double, and there are additional double and twin bedrooms, making a total of three bedrooms, and three bathrooms (the first with bath and shower, the second with shower only, and the third is a wc/washroom and laundry room).

The apartment sleeps 6 people plus baby very comfortably indeed.
 

There is a lovely view over the swimming pool and of the mountains beyond, and from the rear balcony you can see mountains also. There is a mobile, plug in AIR-CONDITIONING unit which can be used in any room. There are three "bathrooms" (officially classed as such) but please note that one has a jacuzzi bath and shower, the other has a shower only and the third is a wc/washroom and laundry room. Please note that we have set a maximum of 6 people, but may be able to accept up to 8 in special circumstances. Please contact us for details.

The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television video, dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing patio area, a north facing balcony, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage.

The apartment is right beside swimming.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, fishing, climbing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tennis, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find wind surfing, skiing/snowboarding, a zoo, a themepark.

Nathan says: "The property and area were everything we hoped for and more. We travelled with a 2 month old child and 2 older adults, one of whom had walking difficulties. There were no problems for either. The property was very well situated in relation to the restaurants and lake. The complex was very well maintained and the apartment very well furnished. I will be going back again!!"
