Situated at the rear of a peaceful hamlet, Maison Valenti provides character accommodation with stunning views and within walking distance of the Gorges d'Heric. It can be rented with other accommodation sleeping up to 12 people which means that a group can holiday together while retaining independance and privacy.

The properties are each on a different level with their own terrace overlooking the garden, providing spectacular views and privacy. The enchanting and unique layout of the accommodation and terraces may present difficulties for the very young or elderly but will hold all spellbound.
 

Maison Valenti is a 17th century character stone cottage surrounded by a fantastic large terrace. There is a dining kitchen with flagstone floors and beams leading to a cosy lounge with large woodburner on a raised hearth. This leads to an area where there is a shower room and separate WC.

Stone stairs lead up to a beamed bedroom with stunning views which can either be made up as a double or 2 singles. A further double bedroom is adjoining.

The terrace has seating for 6 to dine comfortably and a gas bbq is provided.

 

Set at the rear of the hamlet of La Coste and nestling in the foothills of the Caroux mountains, this is an ideal base for a multitude of activities, including walking, climbing, kayaking,swimming in the local Gorges which are a 10 minute walk from the properties. If you'd rather do nothing at all then the terraces are lovely for soaking up the sun or enjoying a relaxing drink or meal.

 

A communal Games Room offers table football, skittles, darts, a tumble dryer and a bike for the boulangerie run! Linen and towels are available for hire at Euro 10 per person

The cottage comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Maison Valenti Lounge. This gives room for up to 4 people.

The cottage has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The cottage has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Dogs will love La Coste as there are no cars and so it is very safe. We can provide vet details and assistance with passports if required.

The cottage is in a very quiet area. It has a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque.

The cottage is right beside climbing, walking, cycling.

Close to the cottage you will find swimming, boat hire, fishing, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tennis, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the cottage you will find a beach, historic sites, shopping areas.

Kayaking on the River Orb, within about 15 minutes walk or 5 minute drive
