Charming duplex ski apartment inside a Catalan ancient typical masia (farm house) dated from 1887 and refurbished in 2006. Located in the French Pyrenees, only 10 Km from Spain and 40 from Andorra. It has 2 rooms, one with a double bed, the other one with a bunk bed, a folding twin bed. Balcony with sun from 9 to 14h in winter as well as a common garden, shared only with 6 neighbours. Cot bed available for children.

6 minutes to Font-Romeu sky resort, 10 to Eyne, 40 to Pas de la Casa in Andorra. There are snow racket circuits starting in the village. No car is needed to access to the Font-Romeu ski resort (a bus is available during all the ski season)

Area plenty of ski resorts (more than 10 in less than 1 hour) 

 

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The apartment has television dvd. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 5 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Hi,
we have just returned from our holiday,just wanted to say that the apartment was very nice!
We would like to rent from you again on a regular yearly thing,as we love to ski there,(but little snow this time when we arrived so we went to Andorra!).Everything else ,the views,and where the apartment was and the beautiful fire,was perfect.
We know a lot of people that like to ski,so would like to recommend it to them.
