The property is split into two separate gites which can be rented together or separately.

This (main) gîte has 3 bedrooms - two doubles and one twin/triple so can sleep 7 comfortably. It has original oak beams throughout, pointed stone walls and is renovated to a high standard and fully equipped. It has a large terrace, South facing with a spectacular view of Mount Canigou. Mountain walking, biking, canyoning and other mountain sports are right on your doorstep.

The courtyard apartment has two double bedrooms and shares a courtyard with the owners own house. It is renovated to a high standard and an ideal base from which to explore the region.

There is air conditioning/central heating throughout. 

 

 

The south facing terrace looks straight onto Mount Canigou.

The gite comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the Available on demand, 1 double sofa bed located in the Available on demand. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The gite has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the gite cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The gite has dvd. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 7 in the living room and 7 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The gite is in a very quiet area. It has panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
