This modern holiday villa has been furnished and fitted to a very high standard. The interior consists of a large tastefully furnished lounge diner, with TV, DVD/CD player and radio. Board games, a DVD/CD library and books are also provided. Double French windows lead onto the private south facing tiled terrace and patio which is ideal for sun bathing. dining and BBQs. A table and chairs, sun beds and a BBQ are provided for use on the terrace. There are beautiful views of the Timanfaya National Park from the large garden area.

 

The large modern kitchen has a full ceramic hob unit fitted with an extractor hood, a full size fridge freezer, a fitted microwave/oven and of course a washing machine. There is a breakfast bar with four chairs and space for a high chair if you wish to eat indoors. The kitchen has a full range of glasses, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, and kitchen implements. From the kitchen a door leads to the patio and BBQ area and the garden.
 

here are two full size bedrooms, one containing a double bed and the other twin beds. Both rooms have double fitted wardrobes, bed side tables and ceiling fans. The windows are fitted with wooden shutters in addition to the curtains to keep out the light when you want that holiday lie-in. A security safe is provided in the main bedroom. A baby cot is also available. Bed linen and towels are also provided.

The large fully tiled marble family bathroom is fitted with twin wash basins, low flush toilet, bidet, bath and shower. All towels for use in the bungalow and communal swimming pools are provided, but it is requested that these are not taken to the beach. A door leads to the large external and secure clothes drying area.

 

There are three large swimming pools, the nearest of which is opposite the villa. The pools and surrounding areas are fully tiled and beautifully maintained. There are plenty of free sunbeds available for your use. A table and chairs, BBQ and sunbeds are privided for your convenience on the villa patio which is ideal for dining, relaxing and dining. The garden also has views of Timanfaya National Park.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 5 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, cycling, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.
