Comfort and total relaxation in luxurious surroundings. Many extras have been provided to help you enjoy your holiday; CD cassete radio,TV/ Satellite with English channels, DVDs, videos, CDS and books and games are there for your entertainment.
The kitchen is fully equiped with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and coffee maker. Also a dishwasher and washing machine together with some powder/liquids to go in them. A generous food pack is provided on arrival.
All linen is supplied including beach towels and there is a safe in the property.

Annexed to the owner's own property (who are not often there unfortunately) Casa Mann has its own separate entrance and there is plenty of space for parking.

Price is per week for two people. Up to two extra people may be accommodated at a cost of £50 per person per week. Cot and highchair available on request.
 

A completely private area with ample space for sunbathing around the solar heated pool with roman steps. Sun loungers and cushions are there on site. There is also a sheltered south facing dining area with table and six chairs for eating outdoors and a purpose built barbeque. A small rear courtyard leads off the double bedroom and is a completely secluded, sheltered sun trap with a small table, two chairs and space for drying washing or towels. 

The villa is situated in a rural area and the local small supermarket, tapas bar, bowls, a first class restaurant, church and post office are about 1km away. A little further, on the other side of the Macher roundabout is another excellent restaurant. A car is necessary if you wish to go further, to the beaches or tour the island. The nearest beach is at Puerto del Carmen, only 10 minutes drive away; as are the luxurious marina and waterside restaurants at Puerto Calero. From the terrace the view is of mountains, countryside and the sea across to Fuerte Ventura and Lobos Island.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, sea views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside walking.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, fishing, climbing, flying, horse riding, scuba diving, a zoo, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find wind surfing, golf, a museum, a theatre/cinema.

Entry fee to Timanfaya National Park includes a coach ride around the volcano.
