This lovely one bedroom modern apartment with private large terrace has been recently refurbished to a very high standard and is located on a quiet complex in the beautiful resort of Puerto Del Carmen. The apartment has been described by guests as 'home from home' .

The apartment is within minutes of the Biosphere Shopping Centre, Main Beach and Harbour (where to can take the Princess Ico ferry across to Fuerventura) with many fine restaurants and activities to suit everyone. If anyone wanted to venture further there is a bus stop just across the road that will take you into Playa Blanca, Teguise and Arricife.

The complex has a secluded pool area,with sun loungers (there are lounger cushions supplied in the apartment for your use). There are also separate loungers in the apartment for the private terrace. The bar/restaurant provides an excellent selection of home cooked food all day and into the evening. There is a pool table for the use of guests and a garden area with barbeque facilities for your use while staying at the apartment. The bar/restaurant also has facilities for internet use.
For the ladies there is the shopping centre within 3 minutes walking distance for the up to date fashions from top named shops.

Upon your arrival, waiting for you will be a small basic starter pack containing, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, biscuits and that all important bottle of wine with our compliments so that you can have a nice drink before even unpacking. At the end of the day you can relax on the terrace with a glass or two and look out to the lovely seaview.

This apartment is ideal for people with poor mobility as it does not have any stairs but still offers a lovely seaview from the terrace. it also offers just a few steps away non stair access to the pool

 

The apartment has newly installed cable TV offering the basic channels, however there is also the facility for you to bring your own Sky card from home and insert it in the Sky box to view your own package i.e Sky sports. This facility is available at no extra cost to you.

There are lots of DVD's, reading books, card games etc for your leisure time.

There are fans in both the bedroom and lounge. 

Arrangements can be made for guests to be picked up from the airport and taken directly to the apartment by the management team at a cost of 15 euro's.

 

At this lovely quiet complex there is an on-site restaurant/bar, outdoor pool table and communal garden area with seating.and a barbeque for your use during your stay. The apartment has an internal safe for your valuables.

The apartment comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 twin. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the Put-me-up bed can be put into the large bedroom, 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The apartment has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

There are no stairs to gain access to the complex or apartment and just a few steps away there is wheelchair access to the pool area. The apartment is large enough to have wheelchair access in the lounge but not through the small hallway to the shower room or bedroom. Ideal for someone who needs a wheelchair but has some mobility. 

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, sea views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside swimming, a restaurant.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, a sports center, scuba diving, shopping areas, a food shop.

craig says: "The apartment is lovely, we particulary liked the home comforts and the extra touches left for us by the owners. It is in a great location, 5 mins walk to the harour and some lovely resturants and 10mins walk to the beach and the bars and shops. The Biosphere shopping centre is geat and a 2min walk away. The staff in the bar on the complex were very friendly and the pool area was fantastic. We had a lovely time and hope to return again soon."
