The villa is in a great spot on the brand new Marina Rubicon development, the marina which is just a short walk away along the super sea front promenade, offers a wealth of water sports, top quality restaurants and a fabulous ambience achieved from the sheer beauty of stunning boats and water.

Playa Blanca itself offers a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants that will suit all tastes. For the beach lover, there are the famous Papagayo Beach Coves, each of which offer something different, quiet and sheltered, watersports and naturist. The town itself is the perfect resort for relaxing, unwinding, chilling out at one of over 80 restaurants along the sea front, enjoying al fresco dining with a good bottle of the Lanzarote wine, a memorable holiday for everyone. 

The villa, which is brand new,has top quality furnishings, lighting and accessories, all helping to make your stay one of luxury, relaxation and total enjoyment. Our aim is for you to enjoy the villa as much as we do. We have an agent in Playa Blanca, who is on hand should you need them for anything, they also have a wealth of information about the island, and will be happy to advise you on trips, and places of interest ect.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, sea views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, fishing, walking, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, tennis, scuba diving, shopping areas, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find golf, a museum, a themepark.

Most of the above listed activities are within walking distance of the villa

Fuerteventura is a mere 11km by ferry, and makes a wonderful day out
