Large open plan nicely decorated lounge features two white leathered sofas and an armchair. There are flat screen TV and DVD player for your entertainment. Fully equipped kitchen has washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, cutlery, crockery. Dining area has sitting for 6 people. The villa sleeps up to 6 people with 2 double bedrooms and one bedroom with twin beds. The main bedroom has en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. All bedrooms have large wardrobes with ample storage, comfortable beds and air-conditioning units. Towels and bed linen are provided. The child friendly sandy Pervolia beach is accessed via a walkway and steps from the end of the garden.

 

This spacious and stylish villa is situated in a new complex in 5 min walk from the beautiful Faros Beach. This unspoilt beach also offers a variety of aquatic sports. Restaurants, bars and shopping area are only in few minutes drive. Larnaca town centre is approx. 15 minutes by car.  

Sunrise villa it is a short drive from Pervolia village centre and square where you will find bars and restaurants serving local and continental cuisine. There are also general stores and takeaway restaurants. Tonys bar and grill offers a full English breakfast or traditional Sunday Roast. From the villa you can take a short walk along the beach to a beach bar where you can get good food and watch the locals wind surf or join in. The natural beaches around the villa stretch for miles where you can relax or swim in the safe warm Mediterranean waters. For banks, doctors pharmacies and general amenities the award winning small town of Kiti is a three minutes drive from the villa. There are many mini markets in Pervolia and Kiti.
